Stuart is an internationally experienced executive, lecturer and Chartered Accountant who has a depth of experience across a wide range of public sector and commercial areas including finance, procurement, risk management and strategy.

He has worked as an executive across funds management, financial management and financial accounting in Australia, the US and UK. Prior to establishing his own consultancy Stuart worked as a Chartered Accountant with leading global firms including Ernst & Young, Prudential (UK) Wilhelmsen Investments and Brookfield Asset Management.

As an experienced member of international company group audit and risk committees, Stuart has a solid understanding of international finance and accounting issues. He has managed virtual teams focusing on strategic finance and accounting issues for major listed companies in Europe and North America.

Stuart holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Economics) from the University of Queensland.

Peter Morris

Peter has extensive professional experience in senior corporate office and operational roles in multinational companies (Enron Europe, Conoco, BHP Billiton), government and public entities (Queensland Electricity Commission, Queensland Transmission and Supply Corporation) within the energy and mining sectors. His areas of expertise include marketing and trading, customer relationship and market development, contract negotiation, operations and project management, as well as integration of companies, new businesses and strategies.

After working exclusively in Australian electricity markets during his early career, he relocated overseas to work in the UK, Netherlands, USA and Singapore over a 12-year period. The business areas were UK and European Power and Gas energy markets; uranium markets in North America and Europe; and worldwide iron ore, coking and steaming coal markets.

Peter holds a BEng (Electrical and Computer Engineering) and was awarded a PhD from Queensland University of Technology through research investigating successful energy peak demand reduction in a community of 2000 people from a technical, economic and social perspective. He continued his academic research at the University of Queensland in areas of climate change policy and the integration of environmental, economic, and social outcomes.

Peter Briede has had a successful career in introducing new technology and solutions into Australia and building the framework for delivery and support it in Australia.

A career electrical engineer with diverse cross-industry experience and proven track record in successful application of electrical engineering, bringing the knowledge and experience but also the necessary attitude and attributes to drive electrical safety, reliability, and compliance.

He has extensive experience in the application of electrical engineering across the construction materials, defence, telecommunications, and waste industries with readily transferable and proven experience with the leading aggregates producer in Australia and globally.

Peter holds a current Certificate of Registration with Engineers Australia NER and RPEQ.

Pamela Jones

Pamela Jones is an internationally experienced Chartered Accountant who has worked in multiple jurisdictions globally, with 22 years’ experience, of which 18 years has been in Australia and other Asia Pacific regions.

Pamela has worked as a professional accountant in senior management positions with leading global firms internationally including, Grant Thornton (South Africa), Baker Tilly International (NZ) and in Australia with Hanrick Curran (now Mazars Australia).

Pamela has extensive experience in multiple accounting and tax jurisdictions (at both State and Federal levels).

Pamela is a Chartered Accountant with Honours Degrees in Accounting, Commerce and Taxation from the University of Exeter (UK) and UNISA (South Africa).

Shane Scarinci

Shane has over 25 years’ experience in senior corporate and operational roles within government, gaining extensive experience in managing major crime scene & forensic investigations. Shane has held leadership roles in Disaster Management having been deployed both Nationally and Internationally to major disasters, including the Christchurch earthquakes and the Grantham floods. Shane has specific experience in interpreting legislation and negotiating with stakeholders and government departments across multiple states, taking a strategic approach to drive effective governance. Shane has a proven record of accomplishment in leading and managing large teams to deliver outcomes. As part of his leadership roles, Shane has managed several NATA accredited laboratories ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards. Shane leads and drives the delivery of operational excellence through the management of health, safety and environmental (HSE) systems and risks.

For the past 12 months Shane has performed the role as the General Manager – Research and Development for ESI Asia Pacific, leading all aspects of product development, supply chain firming, and product optimisation.

Shane holds a BAppSci (Medical Biotechnology), Advanced Diplomas in Leadership and Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Public Safety and Forensic Investigations, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
